The Zion Rastreadores pages show a vehicle-tracking layout and a quote form. This note says how to read the rows, the FIPE sentence, and the insurer line that the home page already prints. The version date is 12 October 2026. It does not deny those lines.
1. A tracking layout, not a finished installation
The site is published for CN CONECT LTDA, tax id 66.930.890/0001-49, at Rua Paulo Guastini, 5, Parque Fernanda, São Paulo, SP, 05889-350, Brazil under the name Zion Rastreadores. The home page describes vehicle tracking, a monitoring desk in the hand, and a list of features. It is not a workshop booking and not a live map of your car. Nothing is fitted because you opened the page. The quote form is how you write. The About card is the registered identity.
2. How to read the monthly rows
Each row prints an amount in U.S. dollars and a monthly label, with ticks and crosses for features. Amounts on this version include 10.00, 11.00, 13.01, 14.01, 24.03, and 26.04. A tick means the page lists that feature on that row. A cross means the page does not list it there. The table can be corrected. It becomes your price only if a written reply or a later plan adopts a row for you. Scrolling the table does not select it.
3. The sentence about the FIPE table
The home page states that the car is found or the plan pays 100 percent of the FIPE table if the vehicle is not found after theft. That sentence is on the page in the name Zion Rastreadores. This disclaimer does not add a deadline, a percentage above that line, or a claims office. It also does not tell you to ignore the sentence. Ask in the quote if you need the line confirmed in a reply. A payment, if any is later agreed, belongs in the written plan.
4. The page says this office is not an insurer
Beside the tracking description, the home page says this office is not an insurer and not an association. Read that line with the FIPE sentence, not instead of it. This policy does not turn the office into an insurer, and it does not erase the FIPE words. Insurance words that appear inside a feature list, such as a guarantee label on a row, are the words the page prints. They are not a new licence stated by this disclaimer.
5. Feature lists, roadside help, and a spare car
Rows mention 24-hour tracking, live location, recovery help, a support desk, a geofence, route history, a vehicle block after technical review, roadside help, a spare car, and two trackers. Some of those items are ticked and some are not, depending on the row. The website gives you no button that blocks a vehicle or calls a roadside truck. Those outcomes, if they exist, are outside this form. Do not read an icon as a visit already scheduled.
6. Where a later written plan fits
If you later accept a written plan, that paper sets the row, the amount, the FIPE condition, and any cancellation rule. This disclaimer remains a guide to the website. It does not replace the paper and it does not remove a mandatory right. Questions about a row, a tick, or the FIPE sentence go through the Contact page to [email protected]. Privacy explains the quote fields. The refund note explains that the monthly amount is not collected here.
