Refund policy

Zion Rastreadores does not collect money on this website. The plan rows show monthly amounts, and the quote button does not debit them. This note says how to ask if a later written plan is what you want reviewed. The version date is 12 October 2026. No refund period is invented here.

1. This website never receives the monthly amount

Plan rows display amounts in U.S. dollars, from the 10.00 row upward. Request a quote opens a form that builds a mail draft to [email protected]. There is no card field and no pay button. A refund of a card payment cannot be run from a page that never took one. If you have not sent the draft, there is also no order to cancel.

2. What this refund note applies to

It applies to the website and the quote. It also tells you how to write if you later hold a written plan with CN CONECT LTDA and you want that plan looked at. It is not a returns desk for hardware, because these pages do not sell a boxed device and do not finish an installation. A question about a row is a quote until a written plan exists.

3. Printed prices are not money received

The figures next to live location, geofence, roadside help, or two trackers are the published table. Pressing the quote button does not start those figures as a debit. The FIPE sentence is also page copy. It is not a claim form and not an automatic credit. If a written plan later sets a price, a cancellation rule, or a FIPE condition, those terms live in that plan. This note does not pre-write them and does not state a number of days.

4. Asking for a later plan to be reviewed

Write through the Contact page or the quote form. State whether you want the plan cancelled, a figure corrected, or a payment reviewed, and state that the plan was written down after the quote. Include the date of your quote and the row name or amount as it appeared. Leave card numbers out of the message. Whether any money comes back depends on that written plan and on the applicable law, not on a clock this page does not set.

5. Details that identify your quote

Give the name and email you used, the date, and the row you named. Repeat any reference a reply already gave you. The office cannot see a draft that stayed on your machine. Send the message first, then ask about the file. One follow-up may be used so the answer is not delivered to the wrong person. Do not send identity scans unless the reply has named a channel for them.

6. Mandatory rights stay in force

This note does not waive a right the law gives you, and it does not waive a right in a plan you actually accepted. Saying that the website takes no payment is not a promise that every later plan is refundable, and it is not a denial of a remedy the law requires. If the FIPE sentence or a roadside line is part of your question, quote it and keep the page. The written channel remains the Contact page.
