WEBSITE INFORMATION
Terms of use
Information about this website, your enquiry and the terms that apply.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms cover use of the Zion Rastreadores website: reading the tracking layout and sending a quote. They are not the plan you might sign later. The version date is 12 October 2026. Rights the law keeps cannot be cut down by this page.
1. Who operates the tracking pages
The operator is CN CONECT LTDA, tax id 66.930.890/0001-49, at Rua Paulo Guastini, 5, Parque Fernanda, São Paulo, SP, 05889-350, Brazil. On these pages the public name is Zion Rastreadores. We and our mean that operator. The site publishes notes on vehicle tracking, monitoring, and a written enquiry to the registered office. These terms govern that website. They are not a fitted device, a recovery job, or a substitute for a right you already have. The About card carries the registered identity.
2. Plan rows are page copy
The home page sets out rows with monthly amounts in U.S. dollars and ticks for items such as live location, an ignition alert, a safety geofence, route history, reports, app access, and web access. Some rows mention 24-hour roadside help, a spare car, or two trackers. A tick is what the page prints. It is not, by itself, a device already fitted to your vehicle. Request a quote opens the form. A quote opened from a plan button carries the plan name and displayed amount into the enquiry; it does not buy that plan.
3. A quote does not fit a tracker
The quote form collects a name, an email, an optional phone, a city or area, and a message, and prepares a draft to [email protected]. That step does not install hardware, does not open a monitoring login, and does not debit the monthly amount. A written plan, if you and the office make one later, is a different document. Until that document exists, the rows remain information on a page. Do not arrive at an address expecting a visit that nobody has confirmed in writing.
4. The FIPE sentence and the insurer line
The home page says the car is found or the plan pays 100 percent of the FIPE table, and it says this office is not an insurer and not an association. Both sentences are published together. This website policy does not convert the FIPE sentence into a timed payout, and it does not delete the sentence. If that line is why you are writing, say so. Any payment obligation would have to be in a later written plan, read with the law that applies. This page does not add a deadline.
5. Vehicle block and other feature words
One line on the home page says a vehicle block happens only after the technical desk reviews it. That is a limit printed on the page, not a switch this website gives you. Other lines mention help recovering the vehicle and a 24-hour support desk. They describe the layout. They do not promise an arrival minute, a city, or a named technician. Ask in the quote if you need one of those points answered for your vehicle. Do not test a block feature against these files. There is no control here.
6. Permitted use of the site
You may read the rows and send a quote about them. Do not attack the host, scrape the pages in a way that breaks them, or send a quote in someone else's name. Do not place card data or passwords in the message. The layout, the feature words, and the photographs or icons stay with the page. These terms do not give you a right to republish the plan table as your own offer. Quoting a sentence in a private note to this office is expected.
7. What you may include in the message
Describe the vehicle only as far as you need to identify the row you are asking about, and only if you may share that description. Naming another person requires the same care. The quote does not transfer your text to a marketing list. Later paperwork, if a plan is written, may ask for documents this form cannot accept, because there is no upload. Wait for a reply that names a channel before you send those documents.
8. Outside services are not this website
Buttons on this domain go to the quote form or to other pages here. Words such as app access describe a feature on a row. They do not open an app store and they do not log you into a portal on this host. Your mail program, if it opens, is your program. A site this office does not publish has its own terms. This operator is not the author of that other site.
9. Changes and the rights that remain
A plan row, a monthly amount, or this page may be corrected. The date at the top is this version. Changing the website does not rewrite a plan you have already accepted in writing. Where a limit in these terms would conflict with a mandatory right, the right wins. If a FIPE sentence or a roadside line affected your decision, keep a copy of the page and say which line you mean. These terms are not an arbitration clause and they do not name a court.
10. Writing about these terms
Use the request form or [email protected] and name the heading. The office can explain the website. It will not invent a tracker, a city of coverage, or a payout date that the page does not state. Identity stays on the About card. Privacy covers the quote fields. The refund note covers the fact that this website does not collect the monthly amount. The disclaimer covers how to read the rows.
